What to Expect

Each session is customized to your specifications. The session is uniquely you. For this reason, expect to be in contact with me multiple times before the session. We will email back and forth to make sure that everything is prepared for the session, you know what you are wearing, what props, if any, I will be bringing, the best location, etc.

Every session, but newborns, are done at the location of your choice. If you don’t know the area, or have no particular location in mind, I can give you a few gorgeous choices. Think about what your family likes to do together, and we’ll build on that. What location fits your personality? Do you have a particular style of decor in your home? These are great questions to ask yourself when deciding on your location as these photos will be displayed on your walls!

During the session we will have fun! Please bring the kids fed and try not to schedule your session during nap time. I want your photos to be the best they can be, and hungry tired littles can make that difficult. Be prepared with their favorite snack or toy to help keep the session running smoothly.

This session is for you, so please try and minimize the amount of extraneous people you bring. A friend or family member that is coming to help with the kiddoes is fine, but please don’t bring a bunch of people to watch as this will make for more distractions which will make the session not as fun.

After the session, I will post a few sneak peeks on facebook and will also post a full blog post.

2-3 weeks after your session you will recieve an email with the link to your downloadable images. I do digital download so as to get your photos to you as quickly as possible. Custom cd’s are available for an additional charge.
