Okay y’all. I don’t generally do engagements, but this gorgeous girl is my cousin and came to me about perhaps photographing her and her fiancĂ©. Of course, I couldn’t turn down that opportunity. Who could? So I trudged out to the flower field one last time and OOOOH am I so glad I did. Seriously, I love engagement sessions. I really want to do more of them. They are so amazingly fun, and when you get such a gorgeous couple like this combined with the stunning flowers and sunset, well, magic happens.
And magic did happen.
If you are interested in a Jacksonville Engagement Photographer contact me today. I’d love to do more engagements and couples!

I really really love mommy and me sessions. I think, as moms, we are most likely the ones behind the cameras taking the photos of our children. If you are anything like me, there are probably hundreds of photos of the kids and the kids with dad, but only a handful with mom in them. So, mommy and me sessions are always some of my favorite kinds. I get to photograph that amazing bond shared only between a mother and her child and I am so honored to be able to do so.
Enjoy this gorgeous Mommy and Me session with sweet M and her little man C. And if you are interested in a Jacksonville Child Photographer, I’d love to work with you!

This sweet family is so dear to me. Mom came to me a few weeks ago and asked if I could do a session with her and her gorgeous girls, so who was I to say no. Its always such an honor when friends and family choose me to preserve their precious moments through photography.
After talking for a bit we decided to do the session at the flower field. When they showed up in their pristine white dresses and little leaf crowns I about died. So classic. I knew this session would end up being a favorite, but had no idea it would go down as one of my all time favorite sessions to date.
Enjoy and if you, or someone you know is interested in a Jacksonville Family Photographer I hope you keep me in mind!

What can I say about this family? I love this family. The mom is actually the whole reason I went down to the flower field this year. She’s asked me for the last several years to go down to the field to do her family photos, but I was always pregnant, nursing, pregnant again, or still nursing, etc. and was unable to make the trip.
Finally the stars aligned and I was able to head down that way. I only hope that their session fulfilled their wishes and that they are happy I made the trip! We had such a blast. Little man was SUCH a trip and even photobombed us at the end of the session. I’d say it was a success!
You rock, guys! Thank you!!

I recently had the super big honor to work with two amazing local companies, and two pretty rad moms, to shoot their clothing and jewelry lines. A couple months ago, I was introduced to Rachael, the mastermind behind Lulu’s Sew Sweet shop. She so became a client of mine, and in talking with her, I learned that she needed photos of her amazing clothing. You see, she rocks the sewing machine, completely. Her little dresses are just amazing, and she also makes adorable newborn props as well. I love love her products!
I mentioned that I may have an opportunity to have a free weekend, and after a little back and forth, we decided to do a photoshoot for her new spring line. We also got with another local mom, Jodi, who is the brains behind Weil’d Hair Accessories. The two of them got together and designed not only super cute stuff, but coordinating outfits and accessories, and thus, our photoshoot was born.
We met a couple weeks ago in my favorite greenery local here in Jacksonville, and using our kids as models, rocked it out. It was SUCH a blast. The kids had so much fun, I swear mine have never slept better they were so exhausted from playing, and well, the clothes just lit up my camera.
Here’s a few of my favorite shots and outfits. You can totally hit Rachael and Jodi up on their facebook pages if you want some of these adorable designs. I mean, they are pretty much perfect for spring! And, well, Easter is coming!
