Summer is right around the corner, and what better time for a Jacksonville, FL Family Photographer than summer for beach mini sessions! These are some of my all time favorite kinds of sessions. I love the sand, the surf, and the sunsets! These are usually really popular sessions so this year, I’m doing 2 dates, instead of one! Each date will have 4 different time slots.
The location for the minis will be further south, at Guana Park and all the sessions will be done near sunset. This location at that time is STELLAR! Its seriously so beautiful and serene. I am already super excited and these are 2 months away! These are the perfect sessions for families, major milestones, maternity, and so much more! We can do whatever you want!
What’s the details?

Jacksonville, FL Children’s Photographer {My Flower Field Girls}

I have wanted to go to the flower fields for years, but was either pregnant, nursing, pregnant, had an infant, etc. This year, however, I was determined to head out of Jacksonville and go to the field with my daughters.
I ended up being able to only go at noon, which is the LEAST ideal time for photography, but it is what it is. I was set on getting these photos, and figured I’d make it work somehow. So, with a talkative oldest, and a grumpy toddler, I headed out to the field, props and outfit changes in hand. I’m so glad I went. Even though it was less than stellar conditions, I am in love with these photos anyway. These puppies are going to be BIG on my walls. I will forever cherish these photos of my sweet girls at these tender ages.

Orange Park, FL Photographer | B Family, an extended session

When mom, J, contacted me about her extended family session, I jumped at the opportunity. I love working with families, and when it includes grandparents, I’m all over that! There is just something about the bond between a grandparent and grandchild. And man was this a fun session. I could’ve photographed them ALL day.
We met down in Orange Park, FL, at Eagles Landing. I love shooting at Eagles Landing. Its so beautiful and filled with little nooks and crannies if you search for them.
It also helps when the family is full of stunners, and this family? STUNNING!
of course, that’s a LOT of posed photos, and you know me, I like to get down and have some fun too, which we were able to do at the end of the session!

Looking for your photographer for your next family session? I hope you consider me! Amanda.dennette@gmail.com

I had such a fun time with this extended family session! We met up for a quick morning session at the gorgeous Walter Jones Park in Mandarin and it was just the most perfect day. The weather was cool and crisp, and everyone was in great spirits! We joked, and laughed, and I had fun learning all about each of the families. I’ve worked with T, mom to V, a couple times before, so we had a blast catching up.
But enough about the day, here’s the photos!

Jacksonville, FL Newborn Photographer: Meet Mr. E!
So, I’ve known this couple for a while. And by a while I mean, a long time. And by a long time I mean, basically since birth, well at least mom. We grew up around the corner from each other on the northside and ended up going to the same school on the opposite side of town until we both graduated. Then we still occasionally saw each other in college (holla UNF) classes. So when I say what an honor its been to do their newborn babies portraits, you can see where I’m coming from. It always means a ton when someone you’ve known since you were barely walking chooses you to do their child’s portraits. Not to mention I get to see these gorgeous babies!
I actually photographed their daughter a couple years ago and it was so great catching up. And now I got to meet their son! What a blessing! He’s just the cutest little guy and was such a great little model for me modeling some hats and a new blanket I purchased for my spring babies.
I guess I should let the photos do the talking, huh. World, meet Mr. E.
