This momma won this session through an auction I participated in for the ICAN of North Florida. ICAN is a non profit advocacy and support group to assist mommas who wish to avoid unnecessary C-sections and to support their decisions to have VBACs. Anyway, this momma won this session and we decided to do it the weekend of Father’s Day. It was perfect, but boy was it hot. The rains came earlier in the day so it was hot and sticky outside, but we did it anyway. Mom’s parents were in town, so she chose to use her session as an extended family session so the grandparents would have photos with their grandlittles.

We had such a fun time chatting about everything under the sky. The littles did get a bit finicky because it was so hot, but they were such troopers and rocked their session. We did have to have a quick nursing break for the littlest though, but that provided a great time to get some breastfeeding photos as well.

Jacksonville FL Family Photographer {Mommy and Me | Mommy and Gracie}

I absolutely adore this little girl and her mama. We’ve done several shoots together, and each time is just more magical than the last time. When Mom contacted me about doing a beach Mommy and Me session I was pretty stoked. So we met up at the beach for a gorgeous Mommy and Me session. It went spectacularly. I really truly love these types of sessions. Its so hard for moms to get IN the photos, so when I’m able to capture moms and their littles just interacting and being together, it makes my heart happy.

Jacksonville FL Family Photographer {Chloe is 1!}

I met this amazing family last year when mom contacted me for a maternity session. We ended up doing a maternity session at the beach, and then followed with Chloe’s newborn session at the same beach again. So, what better spot to do her first birthday family photos than, you guessed it, the beach.

It honestly was the best decision ever. This family is so gorgeous and the colors and sky just worked perfectly that evening.

We even did a cake smash right there on the beach. Made clean up a breeze that’s for sure! I love this cake smash set.

Jacksonville FL Family Photographer {M Family}

I just realized I never posted this gorgeous family from a few weeks ago. That must be remedied because how could I not post these adorable faces? We had such a great time, even though I think I bored the little guy a bit because he fell asleep halfway through our session. Ha! It did make for some adorable images with his big sisters though <3

Jacksonville FL Maternity Photographer {Awaiting Baby S}

I first met this family last year when their (soon to be) oldest turned 1. They were such a great family to work with, so I was so excited to get the email that they wanted to book maternity photos. I was stoked when they showed up. Little R isn’t so little anymore. I LOVE following my families and watching these sweet little ones grow up and become big siblings.

We shot at one of my favorite locations. We decided to do some full family photos, and then some ethereal maternity images using my maternity gown and these gorgeous headpieces that mom made. I think we accomplished the job! Check them out!
