Jacksonville, FL Baby Photographer | {Maddox is 6 months}

I first met this sweet boy a few months ago at his family’s full session and I was so excited to see him again! He’s such a sweet little chunk of handsomeness. We met up at Hanna Park here in Jacksonville and did a quick mini milestone session. Which, honestly, was just about the perfect amount of time for sweet Maddox because after 30 minutes, he was D-O-N-E. And I totally get that. However, for those 30 minutes, he put on quite the show modeling that cute little face and giving me tons of grins and serious expressions.

Jacksonville, FL Maternity Photographer {Arin | Bump}

I met this gorgeous mom a year ago at a mini session and we became fast friends. When she messaged me several months ago that she was expecting their third child I was ecstatic. We quickly started planning her bump to baby session. The date quickly approached and we scheduled for a gorgeous evening to do maternity and family shots. I like to include family in on my maternity session, since its not just mom expecting, but the entire family.
We met up at one of my favorite little preserves here in Arlington and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful evening. It was cooler than usual and the sky was glowing almost as much as Arin was. We started with some family shots, and then moved in to more couple maternity and individual. Arin also donned my gorgeous maternity gown for a few ethereal images in the forest. She was such a trooper!

Jacksonville FL Family Photographer {Grayson is 1}

Its always a bittersweet session when one of my baby planner families comes to me for their little one’s first birthday photos. I so so enjoy watching these little guys grow, but I’m always so sad when we finish our last session because I know I won’t be seeing these kiddoes in just a few months.

Jacksonville, FL Family Photographer {Penelope is 1!}

Okay, I’m just gonna admit it. This session is one of my all time favorites. I had SUCH a hard time trying to cull these images down to the ones that I would edit because they were just all. so. good. Sweet little Penelope was a true doll. She was so smiley and happy. I just wanted to take her home with me. She is precious.

We met up at one of my favorite areas in the Arlington area for a family/1 year session and cake smash. Miss Penelope really put on a show. She giggled, she smiled, she posed, she just rocked it. From the first second that we placed her on my antique rocking horse to the moment we were all cleaning her up from her cake smash, she was all smiles.

I hope you enjoy this session as much as I did photographing and editing these. There are so many photos, but I just couldn’t cut any out!

Jacksonville FL Newborn Photographer {Alexis | Fresh 48}

This is Alexis, and her family. I’ve known mom for a couple months from my church. She contacted me about a Fresh 48 session and I was so excited. I don’t do many Fresh 48 sessions, and that is a shame, because I really really love them. A fresh 48 session is a session where I come to the hospital, or birthing center, and capture your first few hours/days with your new little one. The few days in the hospital after having a new baby are such a blur with all the hustle and bustle and visitors and checkups that it is quickly forgotten once you get home. Who did those flowers come from? What was the room number? All of these little details that might not have seemed important at the moment, suddenly become fleeting memories. My job is to capture them so you don’t have to worry about remembering them. You can just look at them later and reminisce. Enjoy!
