Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful end to your 2015 and an even better beginning to your 2016! I sure did. My year started off with this little guy! Mr. Hunter came to visit me with his big sis and parents. He was so teeny and cuddly. I wanted to snuggle him all day.
We started out with family and sibling photos, and then moved on to just Mr. Hunter. He was an absolute dream! Mr. Sandman must have really dropped by because once Hunter was asleep, he was out for the rest of the session. I can’t tell you how cute he was, so I will just let the photos do the talking.
I can’t wait to work with you guys again!

This is Claire. You may remember her from her newborn session. I’ve actually seen her several times since then, at the Pumpkin patch photos and at my Twinkle Mini sessions. Today, however, was all about her.
Mom had messaged me with this adorable idea of using some of her heels in the session. I thought that was such a fun idea so I asked her to bring them. Miss Claire was all about those shoes too. She wanted them on her feet, badly. I have a feeling we may have created a shoe monster!
Mom also brought a Gators outfit to use, since her big brother wore one when he was younger which I just love. I love incorporating ideas that create a throwback to previous photos.
Happy half birthday, sweet Claire! I can’t believe you are already 6 months. I can’t wait to see you at your 1 year! I’m sure mom wouldn’t mind if time slowed down just a bit though.

This is sweet Riley. She is 10 days old and just absolutely adorable! She came to our session fully awake and showing off her gorgeous bright blue eyes. I was excited and quickly wrapped her up to get a few images of her awake. She drifted off to sleep pretty fast and was out for the rest of the session. We got so many different images for this family. We did this the day after Christmas and for some reason, I was totally feeling the spring vibe so I just went with it. Riley looked adorable in every set up and every color. Just absolutely perfection!
I can’t wait to work with this family again!

Jacksonville FL Family Photographer {The beach with the J Family}
This family had a session scheduled it seems like, forever ago. But the weather kept making us put it off over and over again. Finally, it looked like we were going to have a wonderful evening, so we quickly got to the session spot. It was pretty dismal when we got there. However, I knew I could work a little editing magic so we went ahead with the session.
This sweet little guy was not a fan of me taking his photo. He was way more interested in playing in the water than the crazy lady running around with a camera. The pup pretty much felt the same, haha.
However, we were able to get so many great images for this family’s session and I hope they love them as much as me.
I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this gorgeous family and can’t wait to see them again!

Miss A came to the studio and was just the absolute picture of perfection. She was teeny tiny and so curly and sleepy. I enjoyed every single second of her session (as I do with all my sessions) and even tried out a few new ideas. Mom came with a few ideas of her own and we worked together to get them done for her.
Miss A is 8 days old and just the snuggliest little girl ever. She slept the entire time, only waking at the end to eat and then drifted off right before they left the studio. We were able to get not only regular shots, but also some for the Christmas cards. Mom brought this one adorable hat (you’ll see it) that her mom had made especially for Miss A. It made me giggle it was so cute!
I loved working with this sweet family and hope to do so again in the future!
